  • ARF Chrome Superultra :
    Low Heat Input welding alloys for Reclamation and Repairs

  • Description :
    ARF Chrome Superultra a high recovery welding alloy designed specially to resist severe abrasion and erosion on carbon steels, Austenitic manganese steels, Ni-hard & Hi-chrome steel. Deposits consist of high percentage of primary and secondary carbides for optimum results.

  • Application :
    Hardfacing of Ni-hard/Ni-chrome Pump Parts, Coal Burner Pipes, Fibrizer/Mincer hammers and suitable for hardfacing over cushion layer of ARF-NX/RBX.

  • Procedures :
    proper cleaning of work surface with removing of fatigue materil if any. Maximum two layer are recommended

  • Technical Data :
    Hardness : 50-55 RC
    As deposited in second layer
